How do I arrange a return?

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Please see our return policy which also includes details of how to return items.

How do I obtain a copy invoice/receipt?

To receive a copy of an invoice/receipt, including the VAT breakdown of any purchase, please email us and you will be emailed a copy by return.

How do I cancel or amend an order?

You can cancel or amend an order up to any point prior to dispatch. To do so, simply email us or call us on 0800 14 22 480. Once your orders has been dispatched and left our distribution centre we are unable to cancel or amend your order and you should refer to our returns policy

How do I contact you?

We can be contacted by telephone FREE on 0800 14 22 480 (charges will apply if calling from outside the UK or from a mobile, check with your operator). If calling from outside the UK then dial +44 1977 285660.  Also you can email us. All phone calls will be answered immediatley and the majority of emails are dealt with and replied to in the same working day. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card, cheque, BACS and offer credit accounts to UK businesses (subject to satisfactory credit check). For further details see out payment methods page.

How secure is your website for paying online by debit or credit card?

We know that security online is a major concern. Card issuers are, quite rightly, becoming stricter with their security processes in a bid to tackle online fraud.

We take security online very seriously. Our number one priority has always been to make sure your transactions are highly secure, and that your details were 100% safe. That’s why we opted for Sage Pay as a secure online payment system. The great benefit to you of us using Stripe – is that we do NOT see any of your payment information. We do not see or capture any of your card information. That is between your bank and ours – via Stripe – and no-one else.

Do you ship products to outside of the UK?

Are the parts you supply genuine tail lift and shutter door parts?

We supply genuine parts and some non genuine to suit varying customer requirements and budgets. However, all parts shown under the individual tail lift manufacturers pages and under the Whiting and Mobile Shutter Door pages are 100% genuine parts

Where are you based?

Nationwide Trailer Parts operate from our distribution centre at  Unit 7, Ash WayThorp Arch EstateWetherby, LS23 7FA, United Kingdom.

We are an EU VAT registered business located outside the UK, how do we purchase without VAT being added?

If you are a business located in the EU (excludes UK) and your organisation is VAT registered then we can provide the facility to buy online with 0% vat. To enable this you need to carry out the following steps:

  1. Register here and create an online account for our website.
  2. Once registered emails us with your company name and valid VAT number and we can amend your online account to apply VAT at 0% to all purchases on our website
  3. You are then free to place any number of future orders online at 0% VAT
