Custom Printed Webbing - What We Can Print On
Our printed ratchet straps are available on webbing that's 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, or 75mm wide. The print size on your printed webbing varies depending on the strap width - on 50mm printed ratchet straps you get 40mm high printing, 25mm printed webbing gets 20mm high text, and 35mm printed webbing gets 28mm high printing.
Printed Ratchet Strap Options
You can choose black or red ink for your printed webbing. We can create printed ratchet straps on any colour webbing except black (as you wouldn't see black ink on black printed webbing). The printing looks sharpest when there's good contrast - black text on yellow printed ratchet straps works brilliantly, and red printing is particularly popular for fall protection printed webbing in yellow.
How Our Printed Webbing Process Works
The printing on our printed ratchet straps happens as we manufacture them, using inkjet printing that runs along the entire length of the printed webbing before we cut it to size. Your logo or text gets repeated roughly every metre along the printed ratchet strap. Because we print the webbing first then cut, sometimes a logo might get cut partway through, and the positioning won't be exactly identical on every single printed ratchet strap - that's just how the printed webbing process works.
This custom printing can only be done on new printed ratchet straps made to order - we can't add printing to existing webbing you already have.

Our in-house graphic designer can create mockups of how your logo will look on the printed webbing.
