RETURNS & WARRANTIES

In summary Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd offer a no quibble return on all parts that are returned within 14 days receiving your delivery (subject to terms and conditions set out in our Returns Policy).
Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return (or within 30 days if goods are faulty or damaged). Unless you have been sent the incorrect parts or the goods are deemed faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for returning any parts (the original shipping charge will also not be refunded as the cost has been incurred by us with the courier and cannot be reclaimed).
All returns must have a returns number which can be provided by emailing the address above. Any returns without a return number will NOT be accepted.

RETURN ITEM UNDER WARRANTY
Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd do not directly provide warranties for any parts, these are supplied by the manufacturers (i.e. Haco, JR Industries). In the unlikely event you need to return any parts under warranty please contact us and we will arrange for the company responsible to contact you and arrange to exchanges the parts under warranty (if applicable and subject to their checks).
