TERMS FOR DELIVERY

Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused.

We do offer Next Day and Next Day AM on orders made before the cut off times subject to stock availability (Please note certain items are not eligible for next day or next day am as these are shipped direct from manufacturers and is out of our control). These are clearly marked on the product descriptions.

All orders received after 3.30pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd.

We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in cost of delivery.

We will deliver them in accordance with your order and a valid signature will be required on collection or delivery.

In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately.

Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your own risk.

In spite of the delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price of the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due to us from you.

Until title in the goods passes from us, you shall hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee and shall store the goods at your own cost separately form all other goods in your possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as our property.

All orders shipped to outside the UK will be delivered on DAP (delivered at place) incoterms. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the UK.

GOODS AVAILABILITY

Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, there may be on occasion times when we are out of stock of a certain items. We will backorder this item for you and dispatch the item when they come back into stock
