The start of 2020 sees us celebrating our 10 year anniversary and what a decade it has been!
The business was originally founded in January 2010, setup by two life long friends Matt Hall and Matt Stephenson.
Despite a challenging economic environment throughout (back end of a recession at the start of 2010 and Brexit), the last decade has seen the business grow considerably year on year with us ending 2019 with a turnover of nearly £4m.
The company remains independently owned and run by the founders, with long serving key employees also given a minority stake in the business.
During our first 10 years we have been instrumental in introducing and expanding Haco Tail Lift Parts into the UK, shaking up the after parts market in the tail lift industry and giving customers a high quality affordable choice.
We are now the largest independent supplier of tail lift parts in the UK, supplying both genuine OEM parts and high quality Haco alternatives.
Also with great success, we introduced our own brand of Ratchet Straps to the UK load restraint market in the last couple of years, all high quality products manufactured in the UK - www.ukratchetstraps.com .
A key part of our 10 year success and our biggest asset is the fantastic team of people we employ. We have an exceptionally low turnover of staff and the most experienced team of tail lift parts advisors in our industry, all former engineers with extensive technical knowledge and experience.
We also pride ourselves in offering exceptional customer service, which in our opinion is unrivalled in our industry and backed up by the extensive positive reviews we regularly receive and our customer retention rate.
The last decade really has flown by and we look forward to seeing what the next 10 years will bring, starting with some exciting new appointments to our team to be announced in the next few weeks.
